"Feedback Strategies"

 Today I read two articles about how to give feedback which I thought were really interesting and helpful because I personally not always sure how to give proper feedback and be as constructive as possible.The first article I have read is called "Try feed Forward Instead of Feedback" by Marshall Goldsmith providing feedback was always considered to be essential for the leaders and I personally think that it is very important I really liked few examples that were in the article for example "Face it!Most of us hate getting negative feedback ,and we don't like to give it".I think it is very important to give negative feedback if we need to and it is very important for people to consider negative feedback as something that can help them to improve and develop their skills.The other one I liked was feedforward tends to be more efficient than feedback I think that giving ideas rather than just saying it bad is a lot helpful and I think we all need an alternative.     ...

My Thoughts! Sometimes and I would say most of the time in our life we make mistakes which helps us to learn and discover new things gain experience in life and develop. He also says that making mistakes is absolutely normal and that we should be making mistakes in order to learn something new to change our life’s and our world “Make your mistakes next year and forever. I read an article by Neil Gaiman called “Advise on creative life” in which he says when things get tough this is what you should do he says “Make good art do what only you can do best. Make good art. Make it on the bad days, make it on the good days, too.” In that sentence Nail is trying to motivate everyone no matter if you have a good day or a bad day you should still be motivated and do the things that you can do the best even when others think what you doing is stupid or that you will never achieve success in it you should always follow your dream.
