My Thoughts!


Sometimes and I would say most of the time in our life we make mistakes which helps us to learn and discover new things gain experience in life and develop. He also says that making mistakes is absolutely normal and that we should be making mistakes in order to learn something new to change our life’s and our world “Make your mistakes next year and forever. I read an article by Neil Gaiman called “Advise on creative life” in which he says when things get tough this is what you should do he says “Make good art do what only you can do best. Make good art. Make it on the bad days, make it on the good days, too.” In that sentence Nail is trying to motivate everyone no matter if you have a good day or a bad day you should still be motivated and do the things that you can do the best even when others think what you doing is stupid or that you will never achieve success in it you should always follow your dream. I really like the article and I personally found it very motivating and ill keep them in mind.

The next article I read is called “Why it’s so hard to here negative feedback “by Tim Herrera. I think we all like to hear positive feedback and be the best in every aspect of our life and achieve success in everything but there is times when we face negative feedback in our direction and sometimes it is hard to accept that you did something wrong or didn’t do a good job at something. But as Tim Herrera says, “we have to trust that everyone is participating in good faith”. And he says that constructive feedback will lead you to self-improvement and new opportunities. In my opinion these are grate statements he made and I think that feedback is very important no matter what you are doing studying, working or having your own business it is always important to accept and listen to a feedback.

Game Design Document

 In my Game Design Document I mention and clearly explained what I will exactly do in my game and what is going to be involved in it and also all the process that I will implement in the game.So to start with  I decided to create a power point presentation in which I have broken all the process into stages that the game will be created and how the game should look like. I started with a the name of my game which I have finally created the name of my game would be " Ghost Runner" Then I made a summary section were I briefly explained what the game is going to be about. Than I went on to the next section which is Gameplay and in this section I wrote about the features of the game and what would be involved in the gameplay in general.In the next section I spoked about Game Style were I have explained the game style of my game and also to what my game is similar to and all other aspects such as the game would be in cartoonish  ghost style to describe the mood of the game as good

 Hi Everyone ! So this week I have continued working on my own game last week I added assets created a background and done a lot of work on the code.This week I changed the speed of my background because I din't like the way it looked when I was playing a game so I decided to make it work a little smother.I also added little objects that my player would be collecting throughout the game and a bomb which explodes when player flies on it which I think looks very cool.At this moment I feel that my game is playable and has some challenge for the player but I think there is still something missing which I'm going to try fixing next week.But overall I am really happy with the way everything is going and how the game looks now.Actually in terms of difficulties that I have faced this week was that I didn't save my game last week and I've lost few things that I worked on last week so I had to start everything all over again but it was a good lesson for me now when I add somethin
