Hi Everyone today I have finished 4 paragraph for which I have used my annotated bibliography.I have picked the most important topics that I have been writing about and wrote them more to the point about the topic.I found this procces very interesting and by doing this my work looks a lot more clean and the person that is interested in the process of level design can really take a lot and learn a lot from this work that I did based on the themes I have picked!!!
Level Architecture
Architecture is one of the most important and very useful things in creation of a game design and level design theory. It helps and provides designers with inspiration in very creative ways in order for them to create a very unique product for the players and their customers which not only see levels as distinct work but also art work that is involved in the process of creating a game also music and sound effects are very important in creating a game level because they add more life and they make the game more attractive to the player and as well the provide some sort of a feeling that the play experiences in process of playing a game. Players experience of the game and the world has to evoke something in the person that is interacting with the game. Looking at historical precedents is an important effect for designers because historical lessons teach how space is composed. While the seen has always been important for architects’ historic buildings as an example

Bad level design can ruin a good game which means that the level design is as strong as a game design. This shows us that level design and game design are equal in terms of development of the game. Even though they are not identical because level design and game design involves different process, but they wouldn’t be able to work without each other.” Jay Wilbur” said that level design is about making sure that player understands
game rules and the game elements in order to be able to apply them in practice.” John Romero said that level designers have to consider where the game is taking place and where everything is starting so it has to be done in the way to express the mood of the game and the environment. From various views on level design is responsible for gameplay implementation. This really shows and explains how bad level design can ruin a good game if the designer haven’t considered level design and game design because those two are pretty much in terms of development of the game. This gives designer very clear idea and full understanding that of how level design can ruin a good game.
Games consist of four elements which have a huge effect on the game. It is a video game, player, metrics and gaming experience All genres explain the fact that they all include a gameplay of a character which is placed in more than one level for each game genre 3D levels in the game can be presented on a 2D maps of the the game environment where the game takes place. Player and the act of players behaviour is depending on many different factors for example players skills their ability to play games and also their past experience.
There are a lot of factors that are motivating player to play this game things like exploring discovering and more. Also player skills have an effect on a player completing the game and how the player will experience the game overall. Game metrics is used in a game to describe the game and other metrics in the is used to analyse context. Complexity of each genre will define type of metrics in the game. Some examples of game metrics would be time,energy,health.”Gaming experience is a quality of level and direct result of the quality of a level and is therefore a relevant of the model.”
Process and Experience
By Christopher W.Totten Level design and Experience provides a lot of level design methods between sectors of industry as well as practical information and philosophies. This series of assays can be very beneficial to students that are learning level design software’s. It provides level design from four different ways. Experiencing Level, Designing Levels, Constructing Levels, and Testing Levels.
Experiencing Levels creates a bridge into the next section on planning levels.
Designing Levels “development of strongly mechanically levels that are tested trough several iterations and case studies.
Constructing Levels for constructing levels the method is to to incorporate art and sound assets to expand players freedom in game world.
Testing Levels great level design appears from testing and making changes each time in order to achieve perfection.
