Hi Everyone!

Today I will be discussing two articles that I had read and I will share my thoughts about them.The first article I read was "What are the quality of games" this article was very interesting and it show that there is a lot individual and little thing that are involved into the game creation.As it was said I the article none of the game definitions are perfect but we can gain some potential ideas of what we might use or add when we are creating our own games.

I also think that critical analysis is very important for the games because that the only way to see what can be improved or added into the game to make it more satisfying for the player.And I also agree with the statement that critical analysis is useful when discussing or examining the game.

I really liked the video because it was very informative and covers things that you should follow when designing your own game.I like the example they showed in the video a little paper mockup where they  created a prototype of their little game which I thinks is very helpful to visualise your gaming idea.I also like the way they practised their game in physical game playing ping pong which gives even more understanding of physics and game concept in general.

Game Design Document

 In my Game Design Document I mention and clearly explained what I will exactly do in my game and what is going to be involved in it and also all the process that I will implement in the game.So to start with  I decided to create a power point presentation in which I have broken all the process into stages that the game will be created and how the game should look like. I started with a the name of my game which I have finally created the name of my game would be " Ghost Runner" Then I made a summary section were I briefly explained what the game is going to be about. Than I went on to the next section which is Gameplay and in this section I wrote about the features of the game and what would be involved in the gameplay in general.In the next section I spoked about Game Style were I have explained the game style of my game and also to what my game is similar to and all other aspects such as the game would be in cartoonish  ghost style to describe the mood of the game as good

 Hi Everyone ! So this week I have continued working on my own game last week I added assets created a background and done a lot of work on the code.This week I changed the speed of my background because I din't like the way it looked when I was playing a game so I decided to make it work a little smother.I also added little objects that my player would be collecting throughout the game and a bomb which explodes when player flies on it which I think looks very cool.At this moment I feel that my game is playable and has some challenge for the player but I think there is still something missing which I'm going to try fixing next week.But overall I am really happy with the way everything is going and how the game looks now.Actually in terms of difficulties that I have faced this week was that I didn't save my game last week and I've lost few things that I worked on last week so I had to start everything all over again but it was a good lesson for me now when I add somethin
